Each bin is cleaned once every four weeks, but because your council collects different bins on different weeks, we're actually on your road every two weeks — for example, cleaning your refuse and food caddy one week, your recycling the next, then nothing for three weeks until the cycle repeats.

Cleaning your wheelie bin will minimise the build-up of bacteria that leads to foul odours and will also lessen the likelihood of pest infestations from rodents, ants, and flying insects. The cleaning process eradicates fly eggs and maggots and eliminates up to 99% of all known germs.

Please refrain from disposing of any rubbish in the bin before we have cleaned it. However, if you must use the bin, kindly place the items into one bag so we can easily remove and replace it after the bin has been cleaned.

There's no need for you to be home when we come by — simply leave the bin at the kerbside of your property for easy access, and we will ensure it's returned once we've cleaned it.

Yes, in almost all cases. However, please note that on rare occasions, if the waste is not typical household waste or has been disposed of in a way that damages the bin, our system cannot remove substances like paint, glue, tar, or burn residue.

We use Direct Debit to streamline our invoicing and payment collection process. Unlike other companies that charge upfront each month, we only take payment after a cleaning service has actually been completed.
